@Octagon sorry AF arrived. I've had some random cycle changes in the past and when you are tracking everything, it really sucks when it suddenly changes. It happened when I was TTC for #1. It took us about 8 months to conceive and my cycle were mostly 28 days but I had a some weird ones (up to 33 days randomly). Best of luck for when you try again!

I'm on CD 5 so not much going on right now but if I get a BFP this cycle, I would still have an August baby!

Hi everyone. Just got back from the RE’s office, somewhat good news, I have a nice thick lining, and a 17mm follicle, but only one. I was hoping for at least a few follicles. Hopefully one is all it takes! I conceived my daughter having only 1 follicle on her cycle. Conceived her on the 2nd try, letrozole and trigger shot, first cycle had 3 follicles and didn’t conceive, her cycle had only one and a healthy full term baby, so you never know! This is the 2nd clomid trigger shot cycle, I’ve done like 8 clomid/letrozole cycles already, but am still holding onto hope that the trigger will do the trick. thinking I’ll ovulate Sunday or Monday. Gotta get busy this weekend but hubby’s not feeling well

Well I am on cycle day 45....got a bfn this morning. Not sure if I even ovulated this month. Gonna start temping and OPKs to help see what is going on. Good luck to everyone!

I am getting very discouraged with finding what is a normal cycle for myself. Definitely been a rough journey.

Hi Anna and all the women trying for August babies!! How is everyone doing and has anyone tested yet?!?

I have been all over the place with feeling sick then not. Plus my energy levels have been so up and down it is crazy. The last time I took a test (I believe it was Monday, maybe Tuesday) it was a stark negative. I have been using the cheap Walmart brand since I am tired of spending so much money.

I am thinking of starting to temp and use OPKs, but I am not sure when I should start. I am on cycle day 46-47, so I both kinda want to wait till AF shows but I don’t know when that will be. Plus I want to start some of the different fertility supplements and vitamins.....I just don’t know when I should start them since my cycle isn’t regular. Any thoughts?

@Shay you might be having an annovulatory cycle . Have you been tested for PCOS. I have PCOS and that has happened to me ,, might be happening again right now too idk for sure. Anyway, u will need your Dr. To prescribe some meds like provera i believe to help jump start your cycles. From 1st day of AF u will be able to take fertility teas, supplements and anything you want to help.

I have not much else to say right now. If I ovulated on Thanksgiving, I should be 7DPO today. I had some mild cramping and nausea yesterday which have subsided. My appetite has lessened a bit but other than that not much else. I am planning on poas tomorrow than Sunday. I have an appt with OBgyn on the 6th so by then hopefully there will be a positive.

I have not been diagnosed for PCOS yet. I recently came off of the Mirena IUD and haven’t had a normal cycle since. I know it is my body trying to figure itself out still. It just gets frustrating.

So just an update from my side... Tests came back and everything seems normal so I won't be going on any fertility medication... Doctor wants to see me again in 6 months for another follow up... Honestly, I have no idea how I am feeling right now... I was terrified but excited as I felt it was going to help a little with the struggle but I was so heartbroken to be one of those who needed medication (not that I have anything against using them)… I am slightly disappointed that everything is normal not because I'm not glad but I'd rather deal with me having difficulties than SO if that makes sense? I mean, we got pregnant on the 6th month so I know both of us can have children but it's month 7 now and still no babies so i'm kind of concerned that something might be up with SO but he feels okay so I'll give it a year and see if no babies I'll get him checked...

But on the plus side I do ovulate so just pin pointing when is the struggle because it seems like we don't do it on ovulation days

Hey everyone, I'm here just hanging out 6dpo and trying to wait another week to test.

Anna, I would definitely suggest the opk/temping combo if it won't stress you out to do everything everyday. For me, it helps take some of the guess work out because my CM and physical symptoms don't always line up with my actual O day or they happen multiple times so I don't know which is the actual O. I'm glad everything is normal for you. It might just be a timing issue and that is completely within your control.
