First Response Early Result - Yea or Nay?
Hello lovelies! I was hoping someone could shed a little light on the whole FRER controversy. I see many women saying they're terrible now for false positives with vvvfls caused by the indent, or that they had dark positive cheapies before FRER showed even a faint positive. What has your experience been, and where do you live? I live in Australia, and I bought a 7 pack of FRERs on special at Woolworths. All of my tests so far have been negative - snow white negative, so sign of an evap or indent - so perhaps Aussie FRERs are still good? Just curious. ???? God bless, and best of luck to us all!

I just posted a question on the subject. I have taken a few and got a shadow type line on all of them. I then looked at the unused ones and they ALL had an indent/line/shadow, where the positive line would be. I have no idea whats happening. I got a faint positive on a different brand. I'm going to try a 3rd brand later today.

I’m in the US and have heard a lot of mixed reviews here. My early FRER positives that were actually positive barely had any color—almost a white or gray line that looked pink the next day. With my 1st pregnancy, the SurePredict cheapies showed with a pinker line the same day as 1st FRER positive. With my current pregnancy, OSOM black dye tests showed a second line when my hcg was only 6 and FRER and cheapies showed the next day. OSOM and SurePredict are on Amazon, but if you’re not getting evaps or indents on your FRERs sounds like you can trust them. FX for your BFP!!
