Basia - well if it doesn't then we're forced to take this next month off because I would ovulate during our vacation home to Canada. I almost wonder if we could be referred to a Canadian clinic just for the IUI itself, but I don't think it works that way.
If we don't get lucky, we'll do our 3rd IUI at the end of July. If that doesn't work, they'll bring us back in for a reassessment. We hit our 2 years of TTC next month. I never dreamed it would take this long.

I love acupuncture. I only go once a week but I think it helps. I think I was supposed to book an appointment for right after the IUI but I completely forgot and just went to my regularly scheduled appointment.

I'm so glad that you're feeling a bit more calm about this round. I think it probably helps a bit. I'll keep my fingers crossed that you get a sticky one or two this time.

@elizabeth-Welcome! FX for your IUI! It's so wonderful to find a group of ladies that can understand what you are going through and help you along!

@margie-Ok, thank you for filling me in. For us, it was severe MFI. DH had surgery to remove a varicocele vein that they believed was killing his sperm. Surgery barely made a difference, which is why we moved on to IVF. No AF yet still huh....well do you plan to test? I SO hope this your time! I really can't wait for a flood of BFP's to come! I am glad you are doing accpuncture. I truly believe in it and think it made all the difference for me. When my numbers were not going anywhere like they should have been after finding otu i was pregnant, my guy told me i was pregnant...i feel pregnant and to stay positive. Well, here i am, almost 15 weeks pregnant.

@basia-I am so glad you are not having any bad side effects to your meds. I never had any issues with them either. I know what you mean about not getting your hopes up. I think that was one thing i was actually prepared for though. I had so many people tell me to not get my hopes up because it might not work the first time around....as it didn't for them. I almost found myself annoyed with them telling me that so many times...or just wait...that egg count will dwindle. BUT it was so true and it was good for me because i had that in the back of my mind the entire time. Then when i had zero symptoms of being pregnant i really thought i was out.

TTC- I know :-/ That is one reason i had such a hard time coming back to this group was because i felt so guilty that I was pregnant and staying pregnant. I almost had like PTSD from infertility. I hope i can give everyone some hope that miracles do happen. I know its not an easy ride. We find out what we are having (assuming baby cooperates) on June 29th. So TWO weeks from today :) I am really excited. I keep having dreams about it, i have had boy and girl dreams so who knows!

I am sure i missed a few of you and will try to read back and catch up. Let me tell you ladies, pregnancy brian is REAL! I finally caved and decided to take some medicine my doctor told me about. It's called Unisom and its a sleep aid, but also helps with morning sickness. Well, it kept me awake all night (opposite effect) but no morning sickness. I will gladly take it! Feeling sick and having zero appetite is the worst! I am 15 weeks this Thursday we get to find out what our nugget is two weeks from today :) ONE perk about being an IVF paitent is my doctor has me listed as high risk, so i get lots of ultrasounds :)

LS - Unfortunately I started spotting. AF finally is showing her face. I had my cry on friday about my BFN, now I'm just sort of resigned to it. I think I might go out and buy a really good chocolate bar though. I just feel like I need a junk food binge. I know thats horrible for me and it's not helping me lose weight but I'm tired of failing at this.

Hi ladies. Sorry been mia. But school is over and I have all summer to relax and start baby making again. Does anyone have experience with embryo adoption? My Dr. Told me ivf is the only way to go.

By the way I missed y'all so much!

Ls- well I'm happy for you! Someday I will be able to move to the other side and in hoping its this weekend! What a great Father's Day gift that would be for my DH.

Texasgirl- welcome back!

Afm- 21 day progesterone came back at 30.7 today so I'm very happy about that. Testing later this week, probably Friday. Still unsure because my ovulation date is a little confusing. Finally at the home stretch of this cycle a I hope this cycle lasts another 9 months!

TTC - 30 is very good :) Fingers crossed for BFP

AFM - Went to get ultrasound and bloodwork done. Follicles are growing but taking their sweet ass time :) They are all small at this time but they can see multiple follicles so that is good. I just need to go back on Thursday for ultrasound and bloodwork

Margie - you're not out in Canada! Make sure you still do the BD and you never know! The two times I got pregnant I wasn't trying.

TXGirl welcome back! What did the doc say about your eggs to lead to embryo donors?

Baby & Basia - good luck this week on retrieval and getting BFPs!!

AFM, doing well at 8 weeks. Been seeing the doc every week for US and it's been really cool to see the baby grow every week. I'll go two more times before I go to my OB. We'll be doing the new Panorama test at week 10. Results come in around 10 days after and we'll find out sex then. Loving that none of us ladies have to do the amnio test anymore!

Texas - Welcome back. Sorry I don't know anything about embryo adoption. I've heard of it but thats about the extent of my knowledge.

AFM - AF is definitely here. I had a bit of a break down last night again. I'm fine most of the time but when I think about this process and how long we've been trying and how much farther we still have to go, I just feel overwhelmed and broken. DH bought me a really good chocolate bar and I snuggled up with a good book.

On to the next cycle. I would really love it if we could get pregnant on our own this month. The timing would work out for telling people around my sister's wedding. I'm really hoping I'll be pregnant before the next time I have to see her.

Hi guys.. Been following but refraining from posting too much.. We did our Ivf round last September, but it failed.. Did fet beginning of December and got pregnant with twins.. Lost one but currently 32 weeks with a boy.. So excited for you LS and Red! I can't wait to see more bfps! Sure looks like there might be a few more coming!! As far as embryo adoption.. Was really hoping someone knew on here.. As I have one left and am done.. But not sure how it works or even how I feel about donating it.. Could never bring myself to have it just thrown away though.. Following and praying for all you lovely ladies to get bfps soon :)
