Kethryes - how you feeling girl?

Thank you ladies! Transfer went well. Had one blastocyst and one compacting morula, we did both :)

Blood test is scheduled for the 22nd. Hubby and I are planning on an HPT on Father's Day! Hoping to give him the best gift ever!

Hello ladies! I had my first IUI June 7th and am now on day 5 of the TWW. I've been really content and not stressed during this time and that has surprised me because usually I am the one who worries and stresses!

I wish you all good luck TTC. Nice to have found this site and this board.

Welcome Elizabeth! This forum has been a savior for me, I think if my husband truly knew how much I thought/obsessed over all this... He would think I'm crazy lol

Basia-good luck girl . With your OHSS, what were your symptoms? I had crazy bad pain around ovulation (and delayed ovulation) this time around. With clomid I had lots of ovulation pain but this time it was so bad even my back was hurting. I couldn't even bend down for a couple days. And my uterus felt full and heavy. I did Femara this time and didn't have any pain with ovulation last time I did Femara

Baby path-how exciting! Can't wait til you find out! That would be a great gift. I am hoping to give my DH the same gift. My ovulation was delayed so when I had my IUI I was going to test on the 19th but now unsure. I will decide later this week. Let's see how long I can hold out. I'm having progesterone done tomorrow and I'm sure RE will give me a test date when I get the results. I think he will tell my the 22nd as well for my official test date.

Ls-glad you are doing well. We got our positives during the same month. Glad it is working out for one of us. When do you find out sex? Keep us posted!

BabyPath - my retrieval will be somewhere around Fathers day :) so hopefully you will get BFP and I will get lots of healthy eggs :D

TTC - I was super bloated and a bit in pain - like I said my case was not a bad case of OHSS but definitively was there - I got the OHSS after the trigger shot. I don't remember which day but it was definitely after triggering and possibly after retrieval. Gatorade helped a lot and I was actually drinking it thruout the stimulation as well. I just remember my belly being really really big and bloated like crazy.

TTC - AF has stayed away so far but I don't think it'll last.

LS - I'm an unexplained infertility. All of our tests came back normal. We might have slight male factor but when they retested DH his numbers had improved a lot, ruling that out.
Yes I do weekly acupuncture. I really like it. Its one time per week that I'm forced to relax and not think about anything. I find that it does help and I really like my acupuncturist, She's fantastic. Unfortunately for me, She's really busy so I have to book my appointments a couple of weeks out.
I'm sorry your morning sickness isn't going away but I'm so happy that your pregnancy is healthy.

AFM - I'm now 16 DPO/DPIUI and AF still hasn't shown up despited the massive temp dip yesterday. My temp stayed the same this morning instead of continuing on it's usual trend so I'm a bit confused. on the other hand my boobs which were very sore are now only slightly sore which is my usual indicator that AF is on her way.

Margie - hopefully that AF stays away :) If it does not what is the plan for next month/months?

AFM - I am feeling good. So far only 3 days of stimulation (today will be #4) and I am not really feeling any side effects except headache which I am dealing with without any medication.
I feel much more calm this IVF round. Also acupuncture helps - I go 2x a week.
I am staying much more active and maybe that is helping as well.
I am not having my hopes up as I did last time. Nobody warned me that even though I had 11 fertilized eggs only 1 could make it (it was a bit shock for me) so I am mentally prepared for things like this.
I just had too many hopes up last time and the day of the transfer a got a big reality check and was a bit shocked.
I am still hopeful and want this to work more than anything but I know how hard it can be so yeah. Just keeping my fingers crossed and taking it day by day :D
