pbc - definitely slow is better!!! i used to eat just horribly. first i cut out pop cold turkey. over time i cut out processed foods and sweets and such. but i allow myself reeses pb cups for when i really have a craving and need something sweet :) i feel cutting it all out is just too much, slow and moderation is best. being forced to go gluten free is what really helped cut out the processed stuff, but i do have some occasionally if i find it GF ;) glad the progesterone looked good. hope the RE can help you decide on IUI. hope you caught that egg!

koti - if we get lucky this cycle the progesterone takes me to about 15DPO. the next morning i take an hpt if i don't have AF. if it's positive i call the doc asap to do bloodwork to decide if i need further progesterone supplemented or not, and i assume we go from there. if it's a weekend or holiday i have to automatically refill it and use it until the doc can check my levels. worse case scenario i believe the placenta takes over around month 4, so i doubt supplementation needed past then. you're BFN is still super early. have a great time on your vacation and hope you come back to a BFP!!!

basia - you may have O'd on day 14 or 15, basically want those temps to stay over 98 degrees. you can check out my BBT from last month (my current month i'm kinda taking off so it's spotty).

AFM, CD14. more ewcm and we bd'd. no opk + today, hoping it will be tomorrow. i may have marked CD1 a day too early this cycle, but no worries overall. FX'd!

Temperature is stable over 98... hopefully I did ovulate and finally made that baby :) good luck girls... now the waiting begins

AF showed her ugly face. I saw the signs yesterday, so I wasn't too surprised this morning. This is my first cycle off birth control. I was wondering if my cycle would be regular because it hasn't always been in the past. So, I guess it's good AF came when she was supposed to. At least now I know that my cycles are still 28 days....so far anyway.

I'm crossing my fingers for an October baby. My EDD would be Oct. 20th for this cycle.

AFM: AF is ending slowly and I'm ready to try again to catch that egg. DH keeps telling me to just relax and that it will happen. I know he's right, but it so hard to wait! Ugh. We have his kids every other week and they constantly ask if I'm pregnant yet. I'm glad they are so excited to have a sibling but it's a constant reminder that I'm not yet pregnant.
