Welcome, guys! I hear October babies are awesome. Baby dust to everyone!

If we conceive this cycle, my EDD would be October 2, 2014.

@Kot - I tested again this morning and BFN. That should put me out for this month. I am now just hoping AF comes soon so we can get this show on the road for next month!

@ready - congrats, girl!

Ok, so I caved and tested today. Of course I got a
but I'm really hoping and praying I'm just too early. I'm still having spotting. It's not even enough to reach my pad but I'm still worried it may be some kind of weird early af or strange random spotting. Ugh!

Good luck to all you ladies.

Welcome back Kotikd! We missed you! I'm in same boat as you as far as possibly having endometriosis. My sister has it and has had surgery 3 or 4 times for it but she has a 14 year old son who she had after her first surgery when she was 23. So even if we have endometriosis we can still conceive it just may take us a little longer. I'm going to talk with my dr at my appt early February about having a laparoscopy to definitely know for sure if I do have it.

I have a feeling my DH may have some weak swimmers. I could be completely wrong in saying that. When he cums it is kind of watery and not a lot. I know this is probably TMI, but does anyone else's husbands cum like that? It scares me that he may have low sperm count. I will do just about anything to have a child but I know he would never be okay with using someone else's sperm and he would never adopt either. To be honest I have my mind set in having my own child as well so I'm hoping and praying we can get pregnant ourselves with what we have.

Last week I started eating better and exercising and I lost 3.1 lbs and I'm going to try to continue to focus on myself and my health and making myself the best me I can to carry a child. Maybe that's why I haven't gotten pregnant yet as well? Idk. I currently weigh 182 and I'm 5'6". 2 years ago I was the fittest I've ever been and I weighed 155, I would LOVE to get down to at least 170 before getting pregnant but regardless we are atill going to keep trying.

To temp, can I wake up and go in bathroom and temp first thing that way? Or so I have to take it while lying down in bed as soon as I wake up? I think if my hubby sees me taking my temp it will stress him out.

It's so hard talking to DH without the kids hearing us or finding out.
Only person who knows right now is DH. He keeps asking me when I'm going to tell the boys. I told him I want to wait until our confirm appointment to get an ultrasound of our little bean in February. I honestly don't know if I can wait that long.

Talked to my sister today, she's 20 weeks and expecting a boy. She doesn't know I'm pregnant. She literally is a hypochondriac so I want to sympathize with her but just can't. I've had 4 pregnancies (3 vaginal births and 1 miscarriage) and she just thinks she's dying. She can't walk and has to wear a maternity belt, she can't go to the bathroom by herself. At least these are things she claims yet I see her drivin around town smoking a cigarette in her car. Really?!?!?! That just makes me mad!!! I just keep my mouth shut and tell her I can't wait to meet my nephew.

Sister in law is just a few weeks behind my sister and she doesn't know the gender yet. She will have a colposcopy done Wednesday and she said I could go with her so I can see what it's all about. She doesn't know I'm pregnant either. Guess I'll go with her and act all innocent...lol

I'm so excited and happy we are pregnant and want to share the news but I'm so worried to tell people and then some thing happen.

Another thing is that I call my DH my DH but he is actually my fiancé'. We've been together for 5 years. Got engaged December 2012 and decided to plan a wedding for this Spring. Now that I found out I'm pregnant, I'm sure people will think we are only getting married because I'm pregnant which is not the case. We've been planning on getting married and also having a baby.

I'm CD 7 today and I started using my opks. I usually don't get a positive opk until CD 20-23 because I have long cycles. We are going to BD every other day until I get positive opk then everyday for 3 days. Should be a busy month!! Lol. I really hope we get our bfp!

I'm inspired by so many with good news this month!

Anyone else on the October board so early in their cycle?

Molldoll I'm CD8 and I usually ovulate between CD13-CD16. I also use ovulation tests and this month I'll be using preseed for the first time.

clf1994: I tested at 10dpo with an ultra sensitive test and then again at 11dpo with a CVS Early Result (aka First Response). I've taken 6 tests total in 6 days and my test lines are very present.
