another question for you girls:
I usually get a positive OPK by CD#14. Today is a CD#15 and I keep getting a faint second line for the past week (negative results). Those are not so expensive OPKs (got the from internet) and they always worked for me.
Did anybody had issue with this in the past?
Is it possible to ovulate and not get a positive OPK?
I am confused b/c in the past I got positive OPK with those tests.

Basia: Temp go up anywhere between 1-3 days after ovulation, depending on the person. Mine go up 2 days after.
As for ovulation, it can be delayed due to stress and other reasons, just keep testing. Mine OPK can be positive anywhere from CD15 to CD35.
Since you test twice a day, I would not assume you ovulated without noticing, so it is coming.

Hi ladies! I posted my unsure pg test this morning - looks like a super faint line to me on the FRER 6 days sooner, but I'm only 10 dpo, so who knows. But like someone else said, I've been looking at stark white nothing for the past couple months, so I feel like I do see something different. IF I am, due date Oct 21st! I'm feeling a million things right now :). Just wanted to say good luck to all and hope someone will cross their crossables for me. Will try again tomorrow!

@Basia - I have ovulated late on more than one occasion. I will keep looking at those sticks and thinking what's going?! I should have a positive by now! But then I will get one later. I would keep testing for several days. I believe it is possible to still ovulate without a positive, but not very common (I believe). Has there been any changes this month - did you travel at all, anyone sick, any extra stress? Changes can absolutely delay ovulation.

I just tested and got a negative as well. Hoping for tomorrow.

I think I am just stressing about having issues with TTC
Plus tax season just started (I am an accountant) so that might add some stress as well. But most likely it is TTC.

@Basia Ah, I see. Have you read "Taking Control of Your Fertility"? It has a wealth of information and is SO GOOD. Talks all about temping and ovulating etc etc. Good stuff.

overall I am stress freak... I stress about small staff...
and TTC is very stressful for me. When I was much younger I did everything not to get pregnant.

It is super annoying to see everybody around me getting pregnant or having 2 or 3 kids and constantly see BFN.

You girls been doing this for so many months I have no idea how you deal with it b/c I am already going crazy.

Plus I really was hoping for that Dr. appointment yesterday and it got canceled and I had to reschedule it.

I wish I knew what the issue was.

Basis is there a batch # on them? Maybe it's a bad batch?
