When I first started going after the session she would tell me my pulse was improving. Last week she said my aura had changed and this week that my pulse was strong.

I am feeling okay. just gearing up for the wait. I will be 11 DPO on my 30th birthday, so I'm thinking I may not want to plan a big party that night in case I am not pg and know by then. It would be a great bday present, but I'm sure as you know, I don't want to get my hopes up. DH and I will BD again tonight and hopefully will have all our bases covered.

@Basia - so your HCG is 0 and they are going to do an ultrasound?

Sadly I didn't hear back tonight. I should hear in the morning.

Hiya everyone, new to posting here.... I'm currently in my TWW...

My husband and I have been married for 6+ years and have basically been trying to conceive since then.

Friday 4/10/2015 was our first IUI after 5 days of clomid (4-8) & 3 days of follistim (8-10). My cd 11 ultrasound showed 8 maturing follicles (10-14mm)so I did a two day coast of no meds and returned for another ultrasound on cd13. This ultrasound showed 3-4 follicles the largest (16.5 17.5 & 18..5) So they told me to trigger on cd13 @ 11pm for scheduled IUi cd15 @11am. Due to DH having some anxiety and performance issues... the IUI was at about 1:15.

The IUI itself was pretty uncomfortable, related to my tilted cervix. The NP couldn't get the catheter to go through my cervix, so the doctor... which I'd never met before came in and got it through. The remainder of the day I was crampy in my ovaries, had gas pains/pressure and felt constipated.

Now I wait. I'm going to try hard to wait the full 14 days, but I don't know... maybe I'll test on 12dpiui.

While - my HCG was 0 yesterday so I am doing a sonogram on Friday and consultation with RE.
I also made an appointment to do a physical tomorrow to see how the rest of my body is doing.

@Basia- glad your hcg was 0. Hopefully you're able to have some good discussions about next steps.

@Ylleklynn, welcome! I'm just a few days ahead of you, waiting on my first IUI (I'm 5dpiui). Although my changes are nil this month based on my one follicle and my DH sperm count! Good luck with the wait!!

@Margie--This all sounds so exciting! I hope it's a BFP!!!

We have our follow-up appointment with our RE tomorrow to discuss next steps. Anxious to ask some questions about actual success rate of IUI with people in our situation. Eeeek....almost answers you don't want to hear!
