Browni - Thank you for that information. I didn't know that WHO considered infertility to be a disease. I thought it likely, I mean there are specialists for it, but still. She has always been quite judgemental, it's just that this particular verbal attack came out of nowhere. Everyone in the room was quite taken aback at the time.

LS - I couldn't believe what she was saying, it was hurtful and cruel on top of being ignorant. Sadly it has all been brushed under the carpet to avoid another confrontation.

It doesn't really matter what she says anyway. I'm lucky, I have you ladies for support and that's more valuble than hers any way. She will likely never understand.

LS - don't test with digital - unnecessary stress !!!!!! Just wait till Thursday.

HCG 5.9; P4 1.8 - no drugs for me... my body is bouncing back very quickly; I should expect AF within a week

I just need to re-do bloodwork in a week and they want to do ultrasound when my AF starts to make sure all is good

And I don't need to wait few months for next IVF - it is up to me when I want to get it done. I still think we will wait till after my trip to Poland. I just need to re-charge my energy. Also I am looking into acupuncture to help me relax and distress :)

@basia that is great to hear. I am glad your body is doing what it needs to in order to bounce back. I have to ask you, once you found out your pregnancy was not viable, did you physically feel different? The "symptoms" I had which were really only extreme hunger has not changed. I also kinda expected to spot or something if this isnt going to work, and i feel exactly the same and no spotting.

At the beginning my boobs were tender and with time that was not as noticeable - when I called them on Friday saying that something is off my boobs were hurting but not as much as at the beginning. Also I had sharp pain on my right side which they think it was due to a cyst or something like that but who knows. I was not spotting and I am still not spotting. My spotting was a long time ago - right after transfer. But I did start cramping on Saturday and I was definitely cramping on Sunday but nothing yesterday or today.
I know that with my progesterone dropping to 1.8 and HCG to <6 AF is just around the corner.

Ok that is good to know. My boobs were really sore during injections but slowly dwindled during my TWW. They are tender and what is really weird is they are the most tender in the middle of the night (no clue why). They are still very veiny. Of course this is all probably from progesterone. I have yet to be crampy once during this cycle. My back is the only thing that has ached and it is achy again today. Who the heck knows. Just going to see where it takes us. A friend of mine just told me a story about her best friend. She had an HCG of 9 and it rose but never doubled and went on to have a very healthy pregnancy. Praying i get that lucky :)

Hi ladies. Not sure why but this iui is kicking my bottom. I have stayed exhausted, now my boobs hurt, have sore throat, and just ache in legs and bottom. I am even having hot flashes and dizzy. I am guessing it is due to the progesterone i never used before but darn this is intense.

Texas - progesterone might have this effect on some people :) when are you testing?

Texas- I swear it's the progesterone too. I've been having 2-3 hour naps every day. By 11 am I'm so exhausted I can't function. Thank goodness my doc put me on sick leave till my beta otherwise I'd be sleeping at my desk.
Is time off an option for you?
