13dpo and spotting? Vitex muddle?

I have bleeding @ 13dpo, it could be spotting, so I guess I will have to see what tomorow brings. If it is AF it is 6 days early.

I had a 14 day cycle with heavy bleeding - now I am at 22 days in a new cycle with very light bleeding. Wish I had not taken vitex now because of the confusion it has caused me! (my cycles were regular)

It was so much easier when I had actually given up getting pregnant and got a natural surprise :)
