So confused :(

Hi everyone! Looking for some advice or comments? I just had our second daughter 3 months ago..... I haven't had a regular period since. She is 11 weeks old now. I am not breastfeeding.....and I had 3 days of light flow around Nov. 22nd(2 weeks ago) so I counted that as my period. According to the charts ect. I would have O'd on Wed. this week, the 4th. DH and I had sex Tuesday night. Well I was assuming I would have my cycle again when I normally do every 26 days. But this afternoon I wiped after using the bathroom and had spotting....some red blood!! Which really surprised me. What do you think this could mean? Is it the start of another period? I'm confused?
