Thank you all for the welcome and kind response. I know it was a lot but, I pray that it reached someone. I already feel welcome and connected here!

Kizzy- I think about the fact that my loss could have been so different. I know women that have lost babies at birth or even after birth. I just admire their strength for keeping on. So, I know what you mean by you're grateful for the length of time it's taking you to get pregnant. Thank you for the book suggestion. I may go check it out today!

& to us all!

Oh I'm not grateful for the length of time at all. I'm grateful that I have not had to experience that kind of loss. I've delt with so much in my life, loss of my father at a young age, my mother abandoned me. Being raised by my aunt and uncle was not horrible but you don't feel like you belong there. Having my mother come back into my life just to leave me again, and again. There's so much more. I just know that it's taken everything in me to be ok and be where I am. I know if I had to go through that too it would destroy me. I may still have to experience it, my journey is not over yet. I'm just hoping that it won't happen.

Im devastated.

my FSH levels were super high. My doctor said I will not be able to get pregnant. (25.5)

I am so grateful for being a mother of two girls. It is time to count my blessings and put this behind me.

Although I would have loved to have a baby with my dh, most of you know about our love story, would have loved to have my rainbow but I know today my rainbow will never come.

He referred me to fertility centers but I don't think I want to go that route. For many reasons. I have two chikdren, he has two adult children, insurance, our age etc etc etc...

I will continue to monitor my cycles and temp, and to have wishful thinking. I am glad at least I know the odds.
At least I wont be having the disappointments every month. My hope has been crushed.

I am sure Im going to be ok, it will just take time.

baby dust to all of us!

GVMDL: I'm soooo very sorry. Having FSH too high is not something that I've heard as of yet. Since I have nothing to do today that will be on the top of my research list. There wasn't anything that he could suggest to bring it down?

Whew- I took some time away from the forums (on a family vacation) and feel like I have so much to catch up on.

AF paid me a visit 3 days early while I was on vacation! I had a major meltdown while on vacation but was still able to make the most of it and enjoyed my time away looking at the beautiful fall colors and enjoying nature. Not to mention, DH and I shared a lot of laughs (we rented a tandem bike one day...it was pretty funny!)

Anyway, for those of you who don't know me from previous forums I am 32 and dh is 33 and we've been ttc since November 2012. I had surgery in late May to remove a few polyps and I had hoped that was the issue...but as time goes on, I am thinking there are more issues :(

I have loads and loads to catch up on but I will and will post more now that I am back from vacation! GL and baby dust to everyone!

GVMDL: I can't let you give up yet. I'm reading so many articles right now and the same thing keeps coming up. Acupuncture. I was thinking about going myself and I still may. You're journey doesn't have to be over yet... *hugs*

Kizzy I am researching too and the same thing I'm getting too is acupuncture or Chinese medicine. I think you definitely can try some more natural approaches without seeing a specialist. Don't give up. There is hope!

Yes, the two combined has worked wonders. All hope is not lost. I'm going to do more research as well.
