Am I Pregnant? Nuts? You Decide!

So, here's my timeline.

Oct 15-20: Longer than normal period (days instead of 4ish) but otherwise, normal.

Oct 23,27,28: BD

Nov 8-9: Expected period to start

Nov 8: Extremely Faint squinter +HPT

Nov 9: Brown spotting

Nov 10-13: Period-like bleeding, a couple of heavy days, some small clots, although the blood was browner than usual. Even though it was red, it never turned the bright red color of new blood. Also had some twinges in lower left abdomen/ovary area. Negative looking tests throughout.

Nov 14: Spotting

NOTE: Since the beginning of Nov, I've been feeling sleepy, nauseated on and off, looser bowels, pelvic twinges and simply "feeling" pregnant.

Nov 17(Yesterday): Extremely Faint +HPT popped up well before the 10 minute window. (pic attached)

I've re-tested today, but, negative again. Then, this evening, I went to the restroom and there was a small glob of super stretchy, pink tinged EWCM in my undies. (Pix Attached) There's no way it can be implantation at 21-23 days later.

I did march myself down to the local lab for a beta blood test today, but results aren't in yet.

In the meantime, has anyone else gone through something similar? It's so weird. Am I pregnant? Am I nuts? ????????
