Positive, "Period," Positive? Am I nuts?!

I might be nuts. I had a squinter positive, then what I thought was a normal period, with negative tests, and then a faint positive a week after my "period." Am I crazy? Did I possibly ovulate late and then lose a twin? Anyone experience this?
Here's my timeline.

Oct 15-20: Longer than normal period (days instead of 4ish) but otherwise, normal.

Oct 23,27,28: BD

Nov 8-9: Expected period to start

Nov 8: Extremely Faint squinter +HPT

Nov 9: Brown spotting

Nov 10-13: Period-like bleeding, a couple of heavy days, some small clots, although the blood was browner than usual. Even though it was red, it never turned the bright red color of new blood. Also had some twinges in lower left abdomen/ovary area.

Nov 14: Spotting

NOTE: Since the beginning of Nov, I've been feeling sleepy, nauseated on and off, and simply "feeling" pregnant.

Nov 17(Today): Extremely Faint +HPT popped up well before the 10 minute window. (Today's test pic attached)

I will continue to re-test, but has anyone else gone through something similar? It's so weird. Am I nuts? ????????????
