Inverting glowing green

I tested today with an FRER with SMU my FMU has never given me positive when testing early not sure why. I used FRER even though their indents have driven me crazy. I saw the indent on this test before taking it and a line did come up in the timeframe. I have never inverted a test, but i am 41 and totally in suspense if i am pregnant lol. So i inverted it with a negative image app. The second line (test line) was glowing green like the control line. My question is do indents glow? I am about 10 dpo.
