Symptoms and nervous

Last few days I have been having cramping/pressure in mid lower abdomen off and on (not like PMS/period) I was hopeful that it was implantation cramping but now I’m not so sure. Pregnancy tests are still showing negative. Period is still approximately 1 week away, so I suppose there is still time. Since the loss at the beginning of May, I’ve just been so nervous, anxious and terrified. I did have a normal period (28 day cycle) between the loss and this cycle. Anyway, I was just really hoping this cycle would be it.
