8 DPO Symptoms

Hey everyone! Today I am 8 DPO and having a very sore throat/cold like symptoms. My breasts are starting to feel a bit tender, but not too terribly sore. I have also had a few waves of MILD nausea. Have any of you had these symptoms at 8 DPO? I am curious to see if this is too early to feel anything?? Thanks!!
