Low bbt, spotting, and a short luteal phase are signs of low progesterone. My understanding is that estrogen is what regulates cm production - so less during your luteal phase would be normal, because progesterone dominates over estrogen during this phase. If you generally have little or no cm then you could actually have low estrogen! Gelatinized maca is a great supplement that can help support healthy hormone balance. Hides nicely in smoothies!

Thanks for your reply. My temps are high after ovulation & no spotting & 14 luteal phase. But i ovulate at 19dpo.

Progesterone sounds good then! A later ovulation isn't a bad thing necessarily, but if you want to try to optimize your cycle I'd try maca for sure.
