Pitocin

My water broke early with my first two so I never had to try inducing it on my own. With my daughter I tried sex and bouncing on an exercise ball. A nurse also suggested walking up the stairs two at a time. It's supposed to help move the baby into the right position. Nothing worked though so I was induced at 39 weeks with her!

Thank you but i am trying not to get induced at hospital. Ive taken stairs, walked alot and my lo is already engaged and head down and has been for a couple of weeks now . Just wanted to see if there was anything that i could do naturally :)

Ball bouncing and lots of chili worked for my sister.
