8 DPO with nausea, lower abdominal cramping, but BFN?

Hi all,

I am about 8 DPO, according to many apps. :) Today I took a test early in the morning because I wanted to track daily tests like I have seen on other threads (just something fun). I got a BFN, however, I have had period like cramping for the past two days (period is not due for 5 days) and I am extremely nauseous. Anyone think this could be something beautiful coming to light?
