A Mystery. Any Suggestions Please?

I get extremely irregular periods, sometimes only 1 or 2 a year, sometimes they are regular. I had a period the week of Feb 11th 2019.

The last few weeks I've been really tired, weird stretchy lower abdominal pains, and severe insomnia.

I test every now and then just to be sure i'm not pregnant, as we never use protection (been trying for 5 years)

3 days ago I did 2 tests randomly, and got very faint lines. The next day 2 tests were negative. Today 2 tests have very faint lines again.

I'm waiting to be able to go and get something better than an internet cheapie (payday in 3 days), but in the mean time I wondered if anyone had any ideas of other things it could be? So i don't totally get my hopes up if it could end badly.
