Hey ladies! of your !!!!
My name is Renée and I wanted to start a new and current group for those who finally got their and those that are due in the summer of 2019 and after!
Some info about me,
The Mirena was removed at the beginning of September, and I’m currently 7 weeks and 4 days pregnant. Im due in August with my 3rd child. This is my husbands first child. We were married at the end of September. Symptoms right now- I only get nauseated while riding passenger or when I’m hungry, my nipples sting but boobs are still the same size, bummer lol. I’ve been bloated beyond belief every since I found out I was pregnant and look like I’m 3 months even though baby is the size of a blueberry currently.
Now let’s see all those success stories! Look forward walking this journey with all of you!
and

Sam - Definatly invest in one they are fabulous to use to turn bubs in the right position! Bracks suck especially when they start to hurt and trick you thinking labours started lol, I can't believe it's only 10 weeks for you to go, you and my sister must be close in due dates cause she's got around that amount left too. Other than that are you feeling okay?

Afm - I had my last appointment today woohoo she's booked me in for an induction for Monday morning, bubs is measuring in the 85th percentile so it's needed, I'll be 39+4 at that point so not too early fingers crossed everything goes well and I'll be uploading a photo of bubs very soon.

Anymore updates from others in this thread??

Confuzed, I am so glad that you have a date and something to look forward to. Does an induction mean a c section these days?

I'm feeling really good apart from bracks, bubs is very very active at night but I'm trying not to complain about it, i know it means hes healthy.
I keep getting this overwhelming feeling that he is going to arrive early lately, not weeks early but around the 15th which is so specific seeing his due date is Sept 20th haha

Sam - plan of attack is start with breaking the waters and see if that brings on contractions and then if nothing happens start out with a low dose of oxytocin through a drip.
I totally understand that feeling as I got the same one which turned out correct so trust your gut feeling.

Hey ladies!
@confused! Oh yay! Baby is coming soon!! I was induced with my other two. Can’t wait to see pictures!
@sam- I’m glad you got some slee this past weekend. Being exhausted while on top of that being pregnant is so fun!
AFM- I’m about to turn 35 weeks on Saturday. Lightning crotch/round ligament pain is still kicking my butt. Can’t wait till that and having to pee every other minute goes away lol. Other than that we are healthy and just trucking along. I’m hoping he comes a little early. But not too early.

Renee, any advice about being induced? I have no idea what to expect and honestly a bit scared about it all. Damn those lightening pains are the worst, not long to go lovely x

It’s been almost 8.5 years since my last child so memory is kinda hazy, but basically I wasn’t dilated at all when I was induced so it took a while for me to be fully dilated, I want to say a day for my second child. I’m sure every case is difference with how long it takes, but They put this one thing near the cervix to soften it, then I believe they started the pitocon to bring on contractions. I hear being induced is more painful then just going into labor and dilating yourself but then again I have never had a baby without being induced so I can’t say for sure. I would def suggest getting some time of pain management going on. I’m a sissy so I’m def getting something whether I’m induced or wait till baby is ready lol.
Either way child birth is kinda scary lol. But you will get through it! The end result is sooo worth it lol. Just keep that in mind while I’m labor. It doesn’t last forever
