Positive opk cd 18

So yesterday I got my first ever real positive opk o. Cd 18 at about 1pm. This was my 2nd round of femara 2.5 mg. Cd 3-7 This morning I felt pain, cramps like when I had my hsg.... so I'm guessing my uterus is opening. I hope we catch the egg...bd cd 13 and cd 16... hope that was enough . God if this is our season thank you!!!! Btw today is July 29, 2018
