Bleeding since 6/7dpo

Hi ladies I’m currently 9dpo.
I have had very light bleeding on and off since 6/7 dpo, had pelvic and real bad back pain for the first day but now nothing but just bleeding. Is this Normal if this is implantation bleeding? I'm very new to all of this so bare with me!
AF isn’t due until Sunday and I’m very regular with a 28/29 day cycle. Any advice or info will be appreciated!! :)
