got depo now think i may be pregnant

got depo on febuary 9th period was due on febuary 10th spotting on march 5th negative tests so far what do you think it is? pregnancy or just depo i had baby danced on all 10 days after my shot not expecting anything to happen after ttc for 6 months i decided to go on depo please any advice would help

I get depo once and for 5 months my cycles were all over the place plus spotting inbetween...if tests come negative i would blame depo.
