6dpo I wrote an entry about not having symptoms. 7dpo, yesterday I had some brown spotting. It was only a couple drops but accompanied by this pulling feeling in both ovaries. I would also get this dull pain in the right of my lower back that would come and go. I also mentioned in my last post that I’ve been keeping an eye on my resting heart rate via Fitbit. Before ovulation it was 60bpm, around ovulation it was at 65bpm. It dropped down to 62 after a couple days and the past two days has been lingering at 63. I do believe that number will go up, however.
Yesterday my heart rate was in the fat burning zone for 4 hours. I was at work but wasn’t moving around much or feeling stressed out. At the end of the night I had plans to go to a going away party but at that point I was extremely exhausted! So I opted to go get some sleep. This morning I woke up and my bbt dropped below coverline!!
I went to bed about 98% sure that I was pregnant but that temp through me completely off

UPDATE I have to finish this as an update because my phone messed up and wouldn’t let me type more.
Needless to say I’m not sure what to think now. I had every clue that implantation happened yesterday. AF isn’t due for 6 or 7 days so I don’t believe it’ll be starting soon but I’m not sure what to think about my progesterone levels. I’ll have to see what my chart looks like tomorrow I suppose. My heart rate is still up so far today. Well I guess I’ll just have to wait some more to see what’s going on
