8dpo update

8dpo today and feeling like im out again. I know it's not over until af shows up but definitely not feeling positive about this cycle unfortunately! Af should prob show on Saturday or Sunday maybe even Monday!

My only symptoms are that I'm tired and I feel like I have more cm than normal. With that said all else points to af.

My DH said something to me last night that really helped me and thought it might help you lovely ladies too,he said "it's ok to be disappointed but don't allow yourself to be disheartened " I know that for me this is something I need to remember and remind myself more often :)
