CD 6: ovary pains and so many ????
So i'm on my fourth clomid today. I do have ovary pains but its totally bearable! I just want this to work ! Anyone got pregnant on first clomid treatment cycle! It would be so nice to hear about it! And i read that it can mess with opk and to wait 2 days after taking the last pill to start using opk, is that right? and if I took it cd3 to cd 7 whats the difference with cd5 to cd 9????
So many questions!!!! lol

Clomid can alter estrogen and LH levels, so its advised not to take an OPK until 3 days after the last pill, to avoid false surges. If u use the clearblue fertility monitor or the advanced sticks, it can mess with those as well. Take clomid earlier in ur cycle, 1-5, 2-6 for quantity (of eggs), and 4-8, 5-9 for quality...3-7 is the happy median, the doctor might alter cd's on subsequent cycles depending on how ur ultrasound/blood work looks (assuming ur being monitored that way). Avg ovulation is 5-10 days after the last pill, but it can definitely be later than that, so dont panic if u hit day 10 and still havent O'd.
