Anxious

did another test afternoon of 14dpo (too impatient to wait til day after expected AF) - very quickly turned to positive so I am almost sure I am preggers...still having backache and mild cramps on lower abdomen,funny taste in mouth ,no amount of brushing of teeth or eating gum is getting rid of it and this morning the thought of eating made me nauseous and I am at work now but all I want to do is sleep.
Can 2 tests be incorrect?Is it all in my mind?
This wait is killing me.....if any one has some advise I will really appreciate it.
