5 week doctor now or wait

Hello, so I had a eptopic pregnancy in September 2016 a year and 3 months later I found out I'm 4 weeks 5 days pregnant. So my question is should I get to the doctors now to get my levels checked/ultrasound to make sure it's not another eptopic. Or do I wait till the 8 week appointment
