Ovulation symptoms

I currently am on cycle day 8 and have a 26-28 day cycle and my breasts are really sore and achy Just wondering if it's a symptom of ovualtion. Any body know please .

Not usually a sign of ovulation. Sore breasts are a sign of higher progesterone levels in the body. However, if you haven't ovulated yet, your body is not producing progesterone. Have you taken a pregnancy test? It's usually a very good sign for pregnancy! :)
