How Traveling Changes When Trying to Conceive
I'm an advance packer. I like having things in order before I go anywhere and this year I get to visit my family in Ohio for winter break (I'm a teacher). But it just so happens that my little vacation *may* coincide with ovulation this month. We will be gone for 10 days, and here is the list of items I now need to take that I would not have even thought of before this year: 1. Basal thermometer. I started temping this month to see if I can more accurately pinpoint ovulation since going on the opks hasn't worked for us. 2. The opk test kit. I have to buy another one but I still have four strips left and I don't want them to go to waste. 3. My Clomid. I'll still have two pills left to take when I leave. 4. Preseed. If the time comes I don't want to be left high and dry (literally. Clomid can do that to you). 5. Soft cups. Thought I'd give them a try since hey, it couldn't hurt. 5. Prenatal vitamins. 2 a day brings the babies to play!
Anything I'm missing, besides magic alone time for me and hubby while we stay at my brother's house?

Girl I think you have it covered. Don't forget hubby! ;) Soft Cups are great, that way you can pop that in if you need to go out with family and you can't lay down for awhile. Keeps all the swimmers in there. I like that about them, but taking them out can be a bitch. Have fun, hopefully you are staying at a hotel. never fun trying to be quite with family in the house.
