I am 10 dpo and having different than normal cramps, other symptoms, but I think its all wishful thinking and my AF on its way :( 2 Neg test

I've had some really weird craps, they hurt pretty bad. And I've been gassy. With some vaginal discharge.

I have been feeling pain in my ovaries, mainly my left side. And peeing often and sometimes I feel like I have to pee a lot but I can't.

i have been experiencing cramps lower back pain sore nipples for the past 2 days. I would be day 6 post ovulation been hungry too
