10DPO-I experienced cramping just like a normal AF. 11DPO-cramps are back and have been ongoing all day today. No spotting, no CM noted.

Mild cramps today at 5-6 dpo. Some feel like jabs, some feel achey, and some feel like im being pinched from the inside.

I was either 7 or 8 DPO yesterday and had cramping all day. Usually my AF cramps start the day before AF is due
