i am a naturally tired person but havnt been able to go for naps recently and now its effecting my night time sleep aswell. 7/8 dpo

Idk if/when I ovulated but I would guess I am 6-7 DPO and experiencing a lot of symptoms including insomnia

I've been having trouble sleeping since 5dpo im now7 dpo my mind is racing, can't get comfortable during the day time too

3 dpo and noticed I'm not nearly as tired post-O as usual - staying up late, waking up before my alarm!

I am 11 dpo, and the past four days I can't seem to fall asleep. I'm up all night and early in the morning

3 or 4 DPO (i think... first time TTC with my 2nd and restless. It takes me a bit to fall asleep anyways, but this is ridiculous!
