Seriuosly bummed today. My BBT took a pretty good nose dive this morning. I've been spotting for the last 2 days. I'm anticipating the witch will make her appearance in full force today or tomorrow.

Not catching the egg this cycle hurts more than any other one. I really tried hard to do everything possible to make it happen. Plus, if we conceive anytime in the next 3 months we'll be overlapping with other bdays; which I didn't want to happen. DD#2 is Oct. 25, I'm Nov. 25 and DD#1 is Dec. 3. Not to mention all the holidays and other relatives bdays. It's a very expensive time of year for us. I was really hoping to not run into this. Now I don't what I want to do.

Anybody want to meet somewhere warm and forget all of this?

I'm so sorry. Are you sure you're out? Maybe not yet if AF hasn't showed up in full force.....

I am hoping to wait until after AF is supposed to show, which is Monday. Today I am 12dpo. I have one FRER left from last month. I think I might go and buy some dollar store tests today; they are supposed to be pretty good (and no guilt for buying them, since they are only a dollar)!
I tried temp charting but I have a toddler who keeps us up at night, so temping wasn't really consistent for me. I have to go on symptoms, opks, and just missing AF. So I'm clueless as to if I got be pregnant or not, but kind of thinking not for some reason. Someone please get a
so we can celebrate!

This all stinks, to be honest. I've been testing and all bfn's. I'm 14 dpo and bfn today too. I am sick to my stomach and my boobs are warm and achy. I'm not even thinking it's my month. I just want the wretched af to come so we can start again. I try to be positive but discouragement hits us all sometimes. :( I guess things could be worse.

Madeleinesmommy, I test in five days. I have been having vivid dreams & last night dreamt I had a positive test. So I tested this morning BFN... Then I read the instructions, it's a cheapie, it seemingly is only sensitive to 20iu/ml. Helps to read these things hope this is the

Idk3333, I don't think it's over yet! I have been reading other stories from women who were convinced that AF was on its way and boom!
I had never considered the financial side of things when planning, I am TTC #1 @ 40yo! So I've never had to consider any of those factors before, thanks for the tip!

Ameweb81, welcome! Is it Saturday yet where you are?! It's Saturday morning here in Australia - does that qualify for testing??? Lol! GL

Nharty09, we have been TTC for 2 years as well, on and off, no luck! I've never been pg, so our fertility specialist launched into action I had a HSG - all super & we did our first IUI with injectable FSH & Ovidrel in December - BFN!
Some of the supportive family & friends have said things like - " it'll happen when you stop trying!" And honestly I just want to wipe that smile off their face & set there hair on fire! (Not really, but, seriously!) the stats aren't good for me, so I don't have the luxury to have a break! I guess what I'm trying to say is you have got to take care of you - only do what feels right for you & your family!

Faithfulgrace, those BFN always set me off into a bit of a bad mood & make my heart sink, then my FS put a different slant on things by saying "it's just a test, try and be objective because each cycle is an opportunity to know more about your body!"

Thank you for your kind words! Australia, huh? I've always wanted to visit. I have no desire to fly over a large body of water though. I looked at my calendar and I'm actually 13 dpo. I'm grasping at the wind. lol. But it's helping with hope.

I'm really praying for you all. I'm so glad I finally joined a forum. I have no one to talk to here about this. My heart aches with you all and it rejoices the same. I didn't know how emotional it would be when I joined. I love reading all of your posts. Regardless of differences and where we are we are joined by the same desire. All these babies are going to be worth the wait. I love it!!!

Faithfulgrace, the TWW is maddening! Ihave never joined a forum before & having a network of support has meant this TWW has been more tolerable! Friends and family don't always understand... They try!! My DH tries to help & often he has more symptoms than me! Bless him, this morning he had line eyes, he's very enthusiastic, supportive & cute! Haha!

Floatingmadly- thank you so much! I'm turning 29 this month, and I feel the same way when people say it'll happen and not to think about it! You try for 2 years and "not think about"!!! Ugh! Setting their hair on fire is a good one! ;)

I can't believe you're in Australia! I've wanted to go there since a 2nd grade field trip about it! We've never had the $$ to fly from the US to there, but I still plan to one day, Lord willing! Crazy that it's already Saturday there! Friday night at 9:10 pm here in Indiana :)

Floatingmadly- that is precious about your husband. It made me laugh. It's awesome when your DH is supportive and wants it to. Boats are out of the question too. lol. I almost drowned when I was little, so anything besides my bathtub is scary. I'm in Tennessee. Hopefully it will soon be Colorado. :)

Nharty09- It's easy for people to say those things when they haven't walked it out. No matter how good the intentions are they don't help. It all happening in the right time is another one that's draining even if it is true.

It doesn't seem right that women who don't want children have them so easily. That's an injustice. I've started praying for justice in all areas where people have been robbed in anyway. You are made for life and it will happen. I'm not giving up hope for you all. I won't waver in believing for your babies to be conceived soon and birthed complication free. Giving up is not an option.

I'm glad we are waiting this out together.

nharty09- HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!

First of all, thank you so much, all of you, for your kind words and support yesterday. It really helped.

I of course spent my blah day yesterday googling my situation and finding that some ladies had the same bbt dip around the same time only to have it go up again and get a bfp. That gave me some hope. And my spotting went down to pretty much nothing by last night. So I decided if my bbt went up this morning and there wasn't any blood to wipe, I would test. Well, my bbt went up and there wasn't any blood so I tested, and I swear I saw a very faint line!!! I'm 11dpo and I used a FRER.

I decided I'm not going to tell dh until I know for sure. After he goes to work this afternoon I'm going to the dollar store for a couple cheapies and then I'll pick up more FRERs. Can't have too many tests, right?
