2ww symptoms demystified - Unfortunately it is very unlikely to get symptoms before 7 days post O. The egg is fertilized in the fallopian tube and then moves slowly down the tube into the uterus and then it implants in the endometrium (womb lining) some where between 7 and 10 days post O. Only once implantation has occurred will the HCG that the embryo creates make it into your blood stream... and then into your urine.

So symptom spotting can start in the second week of the 2ww, which is when I was waking up hot.

I live in Canada so I got my test strips from a website called makeababy.ca, I got the ultra sensitive ones. They worked really well as they picked up the first feint line on day 9PO . I would definitely recommend them.

AFM - still showing progression on the strips (I'm testing every morning with FMU). Dr's appointment tomorrow morning so hopefully will get a blood test! Has some sharp pains today... but trying not to think about them as they went away on their own.

So, question for you ladies that temp... I am a super light sleeper so I dont always sleep very well because noises, lights or nothing at all seems to wake me up. Generally speaking, do temps go up or down if you have restless sleep or wake up early? I was really restless last night because DH wanted the windows open for the cool air and I was back and forth between hot and cold all night. Then, I woke up at 5:15 this morning but I don't usually temp until 6:45 and I had a pretty big drop in my temp, but it's also almost time for AF so I am not sure of the meaning yet. I can't know for sure until I take a test but I am curious about others' experiences for future reference.

purelex Mine has been sporadic as well and these past days I have been sleeping early than usual so i can wake up early to study but DH stays up really late so between dealing with the lights and having to pee at least 3X a night (i have always been that way btw) really does not help. Just keep on testing if you can. Maybe you can compare your temp when you just wake up and 10 minutes later if you just sit on your bed and wait.

purelex, i've been having restless sleep too but I just take my temp when I have to get up to go pee, and that's not always at the same time each morning. Hoping AF doesn't show for you!! When will you test?

Clarabelle - I've heard the same thing about symptoms. Although I've head different ranges for implantation, that it could take place between 6dpo and 12dpo. Before 6 dpo the symptoms are just cause by progesterone that the body releases during ovulation.

Purelex - In theory your body temp should be higher if you're restless. I've been doing my BBT for a while and I periodically have nights where I wake up several times. as long as you're not getting up and moving around a lot it shouldn't really affect your BBT too greatly.

Contemplating - Good luck at your Drs appointment today. Where in Canada are you? I just got back from Ontario.

singleton_please - Welcome. FX that you get your singleton baby.

dsinha - I really hope you get your BFP soon. As I said to Clarabelle, most of the symtoms before 7dpo are because of the body's normal hormones rather than as a result of pregnancy.

WishingforViolet - Did your cat ever come back? I really hope it did. I have two and they're my babies.

AFM - I finally got my +OPK so I wildl be going in for my IUI tomorrow morning. FX that I catch the egg this month. I'll probably be testing on (Canadian)Thanksgiving/ Coloumbus day weekend. If we don't catch the egg this month I think we'll be waiting until January to try our last IUI and IVF in march if need be. I really hope I don't have to wait that long.

Clarabelle I M exhausted today and the weather is not helping ( pouring down).
I have crazy headaches, temp went a little high 97.6 I wonder if I recorded it lol. How about you?

Hiya Everyone.

I am new to this website. I am currently on my cycle day 59. On one, i am almost 2 weeks late, on another app, I am 2 days late. But all tests have been negative.

We have been trying for over 6 months now, and it's so extremely frustrating. I am actually at this point trying to not pee on anymore sticks ( I Stopped 3 days ago ) seems that I am just wasting money... So hopefully once AF comes in, I will be with all you ladies for a June baby :):) Chin up right? hehe
