So I took a test this AM and pulled it apart and there was a line not with in the window. I took another one a few hours later and the same thing happened!

Don't be fooled. The line would be within the window.. Who knows how to give you a logical explanation but it was probably a fuzzy looking line. Happened to me before. Also, when using FRER dont be fooled by the white line that some of them can produce. It can be so devistating.
