Sudden Stabbing Pain in Vagina

I am 10 dpo and AF is due 10/18. Had a sudden stabbing pain inside my vagina while sitting at my desk mid-morning. Has anyone had this and if so what does it mean?

I use to get those pains when I was pregnant with my daughter. I also would get pulling in my naval, and real bad leg cramps later on in pregnancy. When my daughter was born she was 24 in long :)!
