!! Congrats, cbrown!! Keep us posted.

*stevenmattsmom* - I have become increasingly moody and emotional on this clomid. I'm now on round 3, which was upped from 50mg to 100mg -- plus progesterone now, which - ugh.

I'm usually pretty thick-skinned but I've found myself being so sensitive to friends' behavior and even things on FB or the internet. Sigh.

I had a dream last night I got my period. Not sure what's next for me if that happens. I'm only 1-2 dpo right now.

I have not written in a while. Hoping everyone and the the new faces are doing great. Wanted to update everyone. This week marks 11 weeks of pregnancy. This is honestly a true miracle and act of God! After years of trying and being unsuccessful and being diagnosed as unexplained infertility. This is truly a milestone. I wanted to share because I know how each and every one of you feel. I been the girl who rolls her eyes at each FB post or secretly wish it was you instead of them. Please keep faith! I have been working with a great team of doctors and I'm really sad that my days are coming to an end. After the first trimester I will be released to my old doctors. Very nervous bc I feel like I'm a number not a person. I hope me being a little stern this time will do the trick. Go back on July 8th for a check up. Still nervous and close my eyes every time I see the ultrasound bc of my past. My husband tells me to open them once he knows everything is okay.

Another note: I was in some of my darkest days on this website but sweet ladies like you gave me hope. I'm hoping I can help others. My first advice would be see a specialist. Don't be ashamed! My regret was I waited too long! It only took me two months with my new doctors versus 3 years!

Praying for each and everyone of you!

Ashley

On day 5 of my first round of Clomid. I have heard that mucinex helps with CM while on Clomid. Have any of you tried mucinex and if so when do you take it in your cycle. I also noticed some of you mentioned taking progesterone. Did your Dr. Recomend that? Just wondering if that is something I should also be taking since I had 0 progesterone last month when I had my blood test.

Mammad29 - If your progesterone was last low, I'm surprised your doc didn't prescribe it along with the clomid. My levels were fine (apparently) but doc prescribed it "just to help."

Rather than take other meds, I purchased PreSeed to help with dryness. Frankly, I love the stuff. You can find it on Amazon and Drugstore.com.

@cbrown congrats on the BFP!! Every month success stories like these are like the light at the end of the tunnel for the rest of us...
@stevennmattsmom.. Feel free to rant, all those hormones building up insides of us tends to make us very emotional and the best place to let out those emotions is a forum where everyone understand what its like and your not judged. Iâ??m somewhat in your boat with two kids myself and although it is definitely something to be grateful for, something I keep hearing on a daily basis, the family doesnâ??t seem complete somehow.. and although Iâ??m fine with first pregnancy announcements and feel genuinely happy for them..When ppl start announcing their third pregnancy, the frustration builds up and rather than try to at normal, I just totally avoid the situation for a few days. I broke up with a good friend of 7 yrs when she started literally flaunting her fourth pregnancy to me. Of course I confronted her first but she didnâ??t seem to understand what I was going through so I tht its better just to give the relation some space .
@gunzz..Nice to hear your story and I agree about going to specialists..I started trying in August of 2011 and only started seeing a doctor by Sept 2012, and it took me another few months to get me on the correct dosage of thyroid meds, it was basically a whole year wasted and I regret that immensely now. Even now I get advice not to see doctors and let it happens natureâ??s way, but I feel after a certain age, its best to get help asap.
Iâ??m currently on a cycle break on bcps for a cyst. Good Luk to the rest of you trying this month.

Firstly Congratulations on the BFP!

Well after getting almost positives on OPK for last couple of days i finally got my positive OPK today! Yay! Typically though my OH is on nights and i'm on a late shift all week so we wont see eachother now until Friday! We did try BD yesterday but the pressure got all too much for him and it didnt happen! Soooooo frustrated as have to drag him to bed at best of times and now we're gonna miss our window this month!! CD 25 today pfffffffft i thought clomid was meant to make you O earlier than normal but thats later than i have been for a while and i've not even O'd yet!!!!
This cycle i took it CD 4-8 due to only seeing specialist on CD4 and told to take it that day next month, if we're not successful this month- and lets face it unless i O like 4 days after my +OPK today, its unlikely it'll happen so next month i have been told to take it CD1-5?! Which would then mean i should O when we're on holiday if it works as it should and O 5-9 days after last dose, if we concieved then i'll be due just before my 40th Birthday then?! What a present that would be! Lol

Desp4third-
I guess after seeing friend after friend pop out a baby I started thinking something was wrong. Even though I was perfectly healthy I was like why am I not getting pregnant. The specialist I see said after 6 consecutive months of trying and nothing he recommends visiting him. My normal OB said a year! I am so glad that after 3 years, two miscarriages, I took the leap. He is amazing and watches every move and each and every pregnancy hormone/level. I honestly don't think with out him it would have happened! Please just keep faith and the hope alive. I know each and every one if us have our moments of being down and that's okay. But just as long as we can bounce back. I'm praying for you and all the other ladies.
