Confused

So yesterday I was 3dpo and had lower back pain as well as bloating and some cramping. The lower back pain is bearable now. However I’m still bloated and feel right above my pubic bone a kind of funny feeling. About an hour ago when I went to the bathroom I had a few drops of blood. Went again little bit ago and nothing. I feel constantly wet down there. Could it be I ovulated early and implanted today? Never had this happen before with my two boys. Thanks for any responses.
