Frustration Vent // Best Way To Support Partner.

Sorry for the vent....
So my partner has been under alot of stress lately. He has a very large job (works as a house painter) thats stressing him out and his family are demanding him do all this extra stuff. Last night he was so stressed he was having chest pain and this afternoon he has been very unwell and even vomitting. I really want to tell his family to piss off but he has asked me to hold my tongue for a little bit longer. But i cant stand seeing him this defeated with life and being so unhappy and stressed thats its physically making him sick everytime he eats....what would be a good way to help support him??
