I have slight lower back pain and cramps in my lower stomach. When will you do a test? Xx

You won't get any pregnancy symptoms at 4/5dpo as you won't have yet implanted. Any symptoms are caused by progesterone which is the same whether you're pregnant or about to start your period, try not to symptom spot.
