Im new and need some help

So I’ve never been pregnant so I’m Ttc #1 I’m new too this I got and ultrasound and she said I have an egg on each side and told me to have a lot of sex and try to track ovulation. So I went by tracking my ovulation. I had a positive on 5th and on the 6th so I bd 2nd 5th 6th and 7th I don’t know how many days past ovulation I am help!? any advice I could use it first time ttc

if you got a positive opk on the 5th, count from the day after so today you would be 6/7 dpo
