TTC after a loss?

Hi all,

I became pregnant (planned) with my 1st in May, but by July I was notified by my gyn that my baby has stopped development and even though I was 8 wks on scan my baby was still 6wks. I had to have the fetus removed surgically due to my body not expelling itself. My fiancé and I are TTC again, but now I'm getting discouraged because our families are telling us it is too soon. My gyn told us that it was alright for us to try this month and everything, but I feel so conflicted. Any advice?

I'm very sorry for your loss :( if you got the clear from the doc I think you should try just as soon as your mentally ready. Some women need a lot of time after a loss before they will try again and some don't. Neither way is right or wrong. So I say as long as you guys feel you are ready that is all that matters.
