Your Loss is My Loss

Just now, this moment did I realize I'm connected to a new community. The Community of Miscarriage & Loss. It's the most distraught and hopeful group of people. We are married and are single, we are straight and we are gay. Any age and any gender. Our homes are all over the world.
A friend of mine just shared that her friend just discovered her pregnancy is ectopic. She will lose the child that she and her partner prayed for. I've been listening to this little journey for maybe 2 months but reading that word "Ectopic" hit me. That too familiar lump in my throat grew. My nose felt that tingle and let me know this hurts.
