3rd cycle - 10dpo

Nipples still hurt. A lot. cramps as if AF was preparing.. I went to see my doctor who said it was normal to feel cramps, even if during the TWW. He couldn't see anything the matter with me on the screen, except for this unusual white little dot. He said my uterus was thick, period could come any moment now. That white dot could and couldn't be. He couldn't say. I've been prescribed lots of tests to find out what steps we need to take next but he assured me I would get pregnant one way or the other. I can't help but wonder about that little white dot now though..
