Trying to calm myself down.

So I found out a few days ago that I was pregnant. I should be about 4.5 weeks along. This evening my lower stomach has been hurting and I feel sick. I'm so worried about miscarrying. Anyone else having pains around now? Please tell me this is normal.

Cramping is normal! With my first I was so sure my cramps meant AF was coming that i held of testing for weeks, I was 2+ weeks late before finally caving and testing!!
