I have the same problem today. I am so uncomfortable. Mine is because I ovulated yesterday or today, maybe that's what's going on for you too. I hope you feel better soon.

I don't get it every time, but every once in a while it happens. It's pretty normal, but it sucks. I usually feel better in a day or two. Good luck this cycle!
