10 dpo symptoms are they a good sign for bfp????

well today i feel hopeful. I'm still tired a few hours after I get up. My eyes feel heavy and I feel flush.. like a mild fever. My bbs are a bit tender and I have a lot of watery cm! (TMI Sorry!) I feel some very mild pressure in lower abdomen and I'm very gassy and feel bloated but noy as much as when I was at 6-7 dpo. I know that the only way to really tell is with hpt but its early and I dont want to be disappointed so i'll wait!!!! Its long... but I wait!!!!lol
